Requesting a review
Once every issue is fixed, select Request Review and explain what was wrong, what you did and the result. Do not resubmit while a request is pending.
Google found hacked content, malware or deceptive pages on your site. Visitors may see warnings before they reach it. Clean every affected page, close the hole that let it in, then request a review in Search Console.

| Check | How to tell | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Which kind of issue is it? | Read the Security issues report: hacked content, malware and unwanted software, or social engineering. | Follow the cleanup that matches the issue type.[1] |
| Which pages are affected? | Use the sample URLs in the report and inspect them with URL Inspection. | Clean every affected page, not just the samples.[1][2] |
| How did it get in? | Check for outdated software, weak or shared passwords, and unknown admin users. | Update everything, reset all access, and remove accounts you do not recognise.[1] |
Google says most reviews take several days or weeks, and malware reviews a few days to a few weeks.[1]
